NYC folks, if you’re out in the Battery Park area this Friday for the Tolkfield Collective’s performance of passages from Jack Kerouac’s “On The Road”, keep a close eye on the background slide projection of still photos. You might catch this newer image, along with some old favorites. I haven’t decided to make prints of this image yet, but if you’re interested, please reach out.
This is the sign for the Satellite Cafe and Phillips 66 Space Station, just outside Lebanon, MO on old Route 66. I never have captured the exact image of this sign that I have in my head, but this one isn’t too bad.
